Any enterprise, especially production and construction enterprises, must put safety management in the first place of enterprise management. This is determined by the nature of security management. Safety management is not only related to the personal safety of employees, but also related to the long-term development of the enterprise itself. To strengthen the education system of enterprise safety management, as a professional drawer slide manufacturerwhich specializes in custom-made furniture slides and industrial ball bearing drawer slides ,we should pay attention to the pre-job training and education, and make safety management an important part of it.

On 6th JuneJINRUDA host a safety training session for all the employees. We took a lesson about safety management and learned how to correctly use the fire extinguisher.

It is a legal requirement that all employees undergo basic fire safety training at induction and periodically thereafter, expected annually in most workplaces. The training must be carried out by a competent person with suitable and sufficient skills and knowledge of fire safety. By doing this, staff will be prepared in the event of fire, ensuring their own safety and the safety of other people on the premises.

The training you implement should be able to support the work of your fire safety manager, the fire safety strategy and emergency plan.

Our training courses on fire safety are available for General Staff . This training is designed to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain their safety from fire in accordance with the current fire safety legislation. The training is delivered by ex-fire fighters, each with over 30 years experience in fire safety. The course is very interactive, including a practical demonstration.

We want our staff to know their role & responsibilities with regard to fire safety and to develop an appreciation of the danger of Fire and how it can spread. Also, they will understand the basic elements required for combustion, fire and heat transfer and how to prevent fire and good practice within the workplace. In addition, they will be aware of the fire classification and the use of extinguishers on different types of fires and practical demonstration with discharge of extinguishers.

JINRUDA will continue to strengthen labor protection, improve working conditions, safeguard the immediate interests of workers and staff, ensure the safety of state and people's lives and property, and promote the development of enterprises.
